• Members agree that their site is, or has, a direct relationship to the law enforcement community.  This includes anything in the criminal justice system as well as commercial sites that offer goods or services to this community.  Personal home pages of  anyone associated to law enforcement provided the home page has a law enforcement theme may also become members of the exchange.
• Members agree to place the entire HTML provided to them by Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange for displaying banners on their sites without modifying it.  
• The Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange  may visit member's sites to confirm the placement and correctness of  the HTML. 
• Members agree that the Banner Exchange HTML code on each member's site may display a banner from other members, from our sponsors, or from Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange.
• Members agree to place the Banner Exchange code in a place on their page where the majority of people visiting that page would be expected to see the banner being displayed.
• Members agree not to display an excessive number of banners for, or links to, competing banner exchange services and not to display the banners on a number of dynamically-generated pages.
• A member may not generate false hits to his/her site by any means. 
• A member may not place the Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange code in more than one place on the same page.
• A member agrees to place the  Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange code on the page that his/her banner is advertising.
• The Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange does not allow any of the following type of sites or sites that have links to such sites: pornographic, adult themes, sites that participate in or encourage illegal activity, racist or sites that participate in or encourage spamming.

• Every member of the Banner Exchange may use information obtained by the Banner Exchange on their site or in the promotion of their site.
• Members understand and agree that information about their site such as the name, URL, and hit counts may be used by Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange for such things as (but not limited to) a list of the business sites or a list of member sites.
• All members understand and agree to use Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange at their own risk.  Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange can not be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may result from the use of our services.  Although we take every step possible to ensure dependability, accuracy, and timeliness of the Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange we can not guarantee it.
• You agree to defend, indemnify and hold the Law Enforcement Links Banner Exchange harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of this Agreement or any third-party's rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation will survive any termination of this Agreement.
